The Madison County Rural Health Council coordinates the delivery of this Stanford University evidence based program. Participants with Type 2 Diabetes to cover a variety of topics to help learn techniques to deal with symptoms, exercise, healthy eating, use of medication and working effectively with healthcare providers.   

Classes run for 2 ½ hours per week for six weeks at different locations.

Living Well with Diabetes (DSMP): ONEIDA

Start Date:  September 3rd - October 15th (includes make-up day and subject matter expert session)

Time: 5:00pm  - 7:30pm

Day: Tuesdays

Location: Oneida Healthcare Classroom A, 321 Genesee St, Oneida, NY
